房间有强风机声，反馈给前台之后有一个安静的房，説得加钱换，完全不正视自己酒店的问题，期间还让我自己找找原因，结果房间根本没前台所説的“小冰箱”连设备都不齐全，最后在衣柜发现一条用过的浴巾
