  This hotel owe my money and I need a refund I went at the hotel to login, and they told me that because I’m black they don’t want to log me in I have a permanent resident of China still there behave so bad to me- I finally left the hotel with my wife and decided to find another place to sleep

  入住时，卫生未搞好，让我们迟点入住，15点才入住，我们要求第二天14点退房，第二天12点多，前台就要我们13点前要退房。

  正规宾馆，环境非常好，酒店在公园里面，远离马路，非常安静，停车方便，春节期间不涨价，真是良心商家啊，洗澡水非常冲，原房又续住了一晚。有个小楼，是经济型房间，总共二楼，没电梯，窗户有年代感，床垫有点儿硬。

  为了安静找到这家酒店，酒店设施落后，房间大，不够聚气，内部空间的卫生差强人意，周边环境很好，在麓湖公园里面，可以近距离感受广州市民的幸福时光。

  房间天花板发霉，隔音能听见隔壁洗澡的流水声音，电视桌子都是灰尘，衣柜已经坏了，被子有发霉的味道，房间是陈旧的螨虫。广交会有很多黑人参加，走廊里持续弥漫的黑人香水味，黑人也在走廊大厅随意走动。外卖不让送上来，也不帮忙送，只能说一无是处。

  外部环境很好，有山有水有灵气。 内部房间很一般，有待改善。 前台女生服务超级棒！服务五星?????? ???? 必须给到她。 房间改善下，下次有机会还会回头客居住。

  设备陈旧，电视机明显尺寸很小 ，而且也打不开。 房间卫生很差，一进去就看到很多蟑螂。洗手间的防水胶条大部分已经脱落。隔音效果很差，走廊上有人说话，明显都听得很清楚。 由于没电梯，对于携带比较重行李的人，或是身体比较不方便的人不算友好，楼梯走廊间弥漫着一股发霉的味道。 前台服务人员的态度不会很友善，入住时办理check in的服务员态度简直是一言难尽，甚至有一种冲动想劝她说如果你不想做就别干了。
