前台帮我升级到行政双床房，房间很大，干净整洁，有二个单人沙发和茶几，房间小冰箱饮料和矿泉水免费，卫生间马桶可以加热冲洗，洗澡水很大，房间有衣服加热快干架。酒店旁边是点都德，从早上八点到晚上十点营业，酒店周边餐饮方便，到陶陶居步行几百米，公交和地铁站也比较近，价格实惠。

酒店设施陈旧霉湿味道严重，客房服务员服务不人性化，态度不好，提出的合理要求被不合理拒绝，浴巾上沾了一点头发颜色本来可以轻易漂洗干净，却被强行罚款，总之设施跟服务都不符合四星酒店的标准。
