衞生：房间衞生很乾净，宽敞明亮
环境：超大落地窗，窗外车水马龙，窗内安静
服务：前台服务非常好，办理入住等待时会主动倒茶，对于客人提出的要求也能尽量满足????
房间：床品、枕头舒适，睡得很香甜，不亏是亚朵
早餐：种类丰富，很是惊喜
建议房间可增加一个小桌子，方便两人喝茶闲聊

Having stayed at several Atour properties, I can confidently say this location is the best of them all. The staff here go above and beyond to provide exceptional hospitality, making you feel truly cared for.
On my first night, I encountered a problem with the heating in my room. The staff responded quickly and did their best to resolve the issue. When it couldn’t be fixed, they immediately arranged for me to switch to a new room—no hassle at all.
The daily housekeeping was impeccable. My laundry was done perfectly, and I was impressed by the trustworthiness of the staff. I left valuables and even money in the room (intended as tips for housekeeping), but they never took it, which speaks volumes about their integrity.
On my last day, I unfortunately had a fall in the room—entirely my fault—but the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped me out and made sure I was okay, which I deeply appreciated.
Overall, this hotel is worth every cent. The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, and a genuine commitment to hospitality makes it a standout experience. Highly recommend!

The Front Desk team were extremely helpful. Upon arrival, straight away offer me a cup of hot tea before asking for my check in details. Offer me some advice on the surrounding area for food if the need arises. Assisted me in handling my required deliveries with the local courier services efficiently when i am not able to handle the local app.
Very cheerful team. Will be back.

The cleanliness and Services at this hotel are top notch and oh the breakfast was sumptuous and affordable for the buffet price! Will stay again. The only downside is the hotel is a little far from the business center areas.
