衞生：衞生很好，作为一个新开的五星级酒店，达到了它所拥有的标准
设施：设施比较全，有自助洗衣房，还有早餐，早餐比较齐全，几乎照顾了大家的饮食习惯
环境：湖景房还是很不错的，能看到外面的湖很不错
服务：个人觉得服务方面有一些缺少，可能是还没有正式进入温德姆会员体系，温德姆钻卡理论上应该是升套，前台告诉我当日满房，但我在携程还是可以订到套房或者家庭房或者豪华湖景大??，希望后续加强一下有关培训吧

房间很大，床和枕头都算舒适，洗浴设施也不错。临湖，位置也可以，交通很方便，周边环境不错，吃饭的地方也很多。早餐品类一般，但质量和味道可以。衞生细节还有待提高，电梯感觉很久没擦了，房间个别设施上有少许浮尘，但最大的缺点是房间依然有一些装修的味道，感觉是地板的挥发物，希望能加强通风。

房间空间很大，前台服务员态度特别好，房间的窗户也很大，很敞亮，刚好降温天气湿冷，房间还能开独立的暖气，对怕冷人士很友好
