  酒店工作人员很有礼貌，前台接待小熊态度很好，床品很舒服，有提供很多小物品还不错，距离天河城和动物园都不远，楼下有早餐的和便利店，蛮方便的。

  碰上全运会，常住的几家酒店没房了，半夜来了这里。准备睡觉时候发现床边地上有一摊半透明凝固的污渍（白天看不到，晚上有光了能看得见），而且我还光脚踩了一下，心里膈应的够呛。打电话给前台説能不能换个房，被告知没房了，我把情况给他説了以后告诉我会给值班经理反应，but等到退房时候也没人找我，长个教训，以后只住自己常去的大一点点的酒店吧

  true value for money; bed and pillow were comfy; water temperature sometimes not easy to adjust; the only really weak point is extremely poor or absolutely absent cellular reception in the room; had to rely on wifi only

  I had a very pleasant stay! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The toilet was spotless and even had a water gun, which is quite rare to find in China. Overall, a very comfortable and satisfying experience — highly recommended!

  位于天河中心区域，很便利，地铁APM无人驾驶都很近，酒店有送物机器人，点外卖能机器人送上门，性价比很高的一家酒店。

  和女朋友连续住了两天这家酒店。各方面都挺好，特别是停车也很方便。装修环境很商务，卫生很干净。下次来广州会再次首选这家。
