很满意的一次入住体验，小叶会提前打电话联系我帮我安排我喜欢的房间，房间面积很大，对面凤凰湖夜景很漂亮，美中不足就是下雨不能去走走，不过隔着落地窗看雨也挺惬意。房间面积很大，服务员都会主动打招呼，早餐也挺好吃的。下次有机会再来

服务升级—入住前，客服小谈提前安排好满意房间，时隔一年，开芯国际酒店开启专属客户服务。五星级酒店做到这点，早餐升级—早餐质量比3年前提升很多。广东特色猪脚醋值得品嚐。
身心疲乏时不妨到这五星级酒店入住放松，楼下凤凰湖公园，15分钟车程的知识城东湖，迳下村都值得带娃溜达。二楼悦龙酒家早茶及中餐都不错。

? 服务特别好，前台办理入住很快，还主动帮忙拿行李。
? 房间乾净又舒服，床软软的，浴室乾湿分离，还有小冰箱放饮料。
? 早餐种类多，煎蛋和麪包都很好吃，服务员还会主动问要不要咖啡。
? 位置方便，离地铁站近，周围逛街吃饭也很容易，下次还会来住！
