认真觉得作为一个豪华型酒店 价位在这摆着 服务态度非常需要提高 咨询时酒店态度很平淡 急于挂电话，由于是代客人预定 我提前付款，在索要发票时电话多次致电第一次没有得到回复，让留下联系方式.但是并没有得到任何回复.在此致电才发现收了两次房费，这个我认为是酒店问题导致，但是还是找借口！作为这样的酒店服务态度需要加强！
