酒店的房间衞生无可挑剔，整洁度令人十分满意。服务方面同样出色，员工态度亲切周到。特别值得一提的是餐厅的温碧宝小姐，她的服务热情又细心，得知我今日返程，还特意送上几个桔子，寓意“大吉大利”，这份心意让人倍感温暖。这样体贴的体验，让我十分愿意再次选择这里。

This is my first trip to GZ with my family and this lovely boutique hotel has exceeded my expectations. It was indeed a wonderful and memorable stays that warm our hearts forever.
Highly appreciated great hospitality and great services from 小娟 who welcomed us warmly, she is very friendly, ensure the kids have toys to play and eat, and very helpful throughout our stays. Patiently explained how to use the hot spring in the villa and even provided hot spring essential oil. Ensuring we had wonderful stays in this lovely boutique hotel.
Also 小宝 who has offered warm hospitality, great services and patiently explained the restaurant specialities dishes. Their hotpot soup and ramen were really nice!

很好的精品酒店，房间空间也很大，采光好，房间设施齐全，有瑜伽室，餐吧，鸭洞河，床睡的也非常舒服，出行也很方便，早餐也特别丰盛，小康管家服务也特别的用心和周到，免费停车场，非常推荐大家入住！

藏在一个不起眼的位置，酒店太低调了。一进去就感觉到非常美，大堂落地玻璃窗的景色超漂亮??有被惊艳到。前台服务人员很热情，办理入住后还帮忙拿行李，带我们回房间，教我们怎么使用温泉卡，小度智能语音控制。房间有龙眼乾免费吃，荔枝红茶配上功夫茶具，爱茶人士的福音。
酒店另一个门直达鸭洞河，很哇塞～
沿河绿道逛累了还有个河畔餐吧，喝下午茶??

订的2000多一晚的房间，唯一觉得房间里的风筒对长头发来説，比较不友善！风量小，噪音大！其他都非常好，希望下次过去的时候有所改善，小康服务热情贴心！

本来预订平房最后获升级为复式房，房间非常清洁也很舒适，管家服务也很热心到位，餐厅早餐丰富味道也可以，遇到大肚的服务员温小姐热情招待非常开心满意，酒店日夜环境也很优美非常完美，下次必定会再次光顾的！
