很好的酒店，地理位置优越，周边特色餐厅很多。酒店有机器人送餐等现代化设备 ，配有办公桌 适合商务或休闲出行，阿乐服务态度好，上次入住东西落在房间也给快递回来，非常满意，还会继续入住的

设施：基本硬件还算过得去，就是所有的软装像是被吃回扣了一样，床又硬，厕所马桶又很低，各个方面感觉都像是缩水了
衞生：我备注了要无烟处理，先不説进房间若有若无闻到床品上的烟味，整层楼很多住户都是打开门抽烟的，各个房间入住前也是打开房门通风的，很难不有烟味吧？
再者，去棋牌室和上酒店的电梯也不是分离的（明明有四组电梯，只开了两组）不知道是出于什么考虑，总之回房的时候难免被迫和抽烟喝酒的其他顾客挤在一起，体验不好。
服务：服务过得去，每个服务人员都是比较有素质的，给予好评
但是到处都是烟味！

卓越的酒店。离不开前台的服务。前台乐乐服务态度好,接听电话非常有耐心的帮忙进行指导。在前台登记的时候也能去根据需求进行一些调整，这点是非常的好。很细心，很用心，很体贴，很加分!谢谢阿乐。
房间还是蛮乾净的 蛮不错的。
早餐丰富，有荤有素，吃起来不错。
前台服务，入住体验，晚上休息，早餐供应。都是非常的不错。
