酒店环境好好，广州很少见这样的五星级酒店，服务也很不错，响应需求很快，特别表扬管家嘉玲，酒店活动很丰富，现在还可以摘草莓，圣女果，那边活动也很丰富，小朋友玩的很开心。

酒店衞生乾净整洁，从房间里面可以看到很漂亮的景色，床品非常柔软舒适，沙发适合会客喝茶，圆桌适合办公，阳台的沙发也很有特色，适合放松躺平。早餐有美味的广东特色肠粉，酒店里麪还有中餐厅桃源小馆也是粤菜的风格，喜欢吃湘菜可以选择酒店附近的渔舟意餐厅，环境非常宜人。管家慧慧入住到退房都服务态度很好，回覆非常迅速，很仔细介绍酒店康体中心和早餐的营业时间，告知我们水库最佳打卡点在哪里，下次有时间我会再次过来放松心情。恒温游泳池非常给力，冬天也能锻链身体，而且人特别少，有种包场的感觉哈哈哈。

Service was good. The staff was friendly and quick to attend to our requests. facilities were decent, good for families sleeping over for 2 nights max, otherwise kids might be bored of using the same facilities. We enjoyed the food and I'd say the overall experience was pleasant. We needed a quiet/ peaceful place and that's exactly what we got.

周末想找个地方放松一下，意外发现这间酒店，前台接待的王新飞和其他服务员态度热情，周边徒步不错，泳池水质清澈乾净，体验不错，喜欢早餐有拉肠生滚粥，下次再来

整体入住体验不错，虽然下雨但是景色依然不错，空气质量也很好，入住前台帮忙升级了房间，安排的房间面积大，衞生乾净，房间衞生整洁，套餐入住性价比也很高，嘉玲服务周到，有时间会再次入住的。

恰逢结婚周年纪念，选择和老婆一起入住该酒店，前台免费升级了面向湖景的房间（我预订的山景房，升职了25元）。因为又是星期一酒店客人不多，包括康体中心等在内的都是“包场”性质。酒店周围环境很好，十足氧吧！ 要是不下雨可以徒步或者骑车环湖一圈。 酒店的餐食很遗憾只有体验早餐，晚餐都是在外吃的其他。留点遗憾下次带家人再去体验。
