设施：还行，公寓配置，楼下就是大学生住的吧，鞋子都放门口，可以互相串门
卫生：还行，中规中矩。阳台用不上，因为下雨会飘进来。周边绿化不错，问题就来了，会有小昆虫。

服务工作还要加强：wife 密码没有标识也没有及时提供正确密码，车牌没有及时录入导致出口拥堵，入住时已经申请延迟退房但次日 12 点马上电话催促且态度不耐烦！

比较新，卫生还可以，但是停车场每次进出都被卡住收费，需要多次沟通才能打开，客服每次都把问题重新问一遍，导致感觉体验感一般。
