亚朵此次入住体验令我深感失望，新装修不久的酒店竟已出现水池枱麪开裂的现象，装修质量之粗糙令人难以接受。
而前台服务更是此次体验的重灾区。当值男员工态度极其恶劣，交流过程中全程使用命令式口吻，例如“把身份证拿出来”“报手机号”等，毫无“请”“麻烦”等基本服务用语，语气生硬如同蛮横的保安，令人倍感不适。办理入住过程宂长低效，作为客人，我感到不被尊重，体验极差。
必须指出，这位前台员工以其“突出”的个人表现，严重拉低了品牌形象，甚至让人怀疑贵店在人员培训与服务标准上的严重缺失。亚朵若继续放任这样的服务水准，无疑是在透支自己的品牌信誉。
