i stayed here for more than a week, the staffs are really kind , breakfast is good, the location is near mall, market , metro station and anywhere is possible to reach. i really love this hotel! the bed is clean, shower is clean, the coffee station is also always refilled, they will refill you coke everyday and evian water.
usually hotel only give 2 water bottle but here they give you 6 water bottles. you can even wash your clothes! this is so convenient for a long stay.

酒店很新 环境很好 附近商场也很好逛 酒店楼下就有便利店很方便 下午茶和早餐都吃的很舒服 餐厅黄姐人超好！！非常热情让人心里暖暖哒～

环境不错，就没时间体验下午茶礼遇。大堂的香氛建议浓度淡一些更舒服。有有女生的，可以备一些小物件，比如发圈，发夹头箍，方便梳粧。
房间没有全身镜，希望改良。

骑士物语一直是我来广州的首选，一是装修有格调，二是服务品质都很好，这次来白云区新开的分店住，事先购买了团购券，极其划算，预订後因自己原因有些问题，前台8号先生帮我处理了难题，服务超好??

环境：出门走两百米就是地铁站非常方便，周围??街市，??食肆，靠近百信广场。
衞生：非常乾净，拖鞋都做了消毒标识，很安心。床铺无异味。
服务：服务非常热情周到。
设施：设施齐全，全房智控，电视荧幕大大的很舒服。迷你吧也很齐全，矿泉水是依云的超级大气。
不足的地方：可能因为是新装修，还是有点味道，香水味也比较重，可以改进一下。

第一次入住这家酒店，酒店装修很气派，距离地铁站很近，旁边有个大的1商场吃饭逛街都很方便，本来预订了普通的房间，办理入住时前台还主动给我免费升级房间，真心推荐。离白云山很近，入住这里方便游玩～离机场半个小时路程！

设施：设施完善，有LG三洗三烘，基本不用排队
衞生：衞生情况对得起这个价格，床品衞生没有问题
环境：环境好，乾净整洁
服务：服务速度快，专业，客房服务和前台和餐厅都还行。
早餐菜品可以接受，有面档，要是肉多一点就更好了。

The second stay at this hotel. The rooms are decent and spacious with good beds and nice decorations. The in room fridge with a choice of free drinks is very nice and a big plus as this is quite rare to see.
Cleaning does happen only partially and just in the bathroom and dirt on the floor was not removed. Could be improved.
The breakfast offers a good and wide choice of fresh items, good coffee and is definitely an advantage for this hotel.
When we used the laundry facilities in the hotel some hotel staff member put all clothes without any selection in the dryer on high temperature. It was just luck we saw this quickly, otherwise synthetics clothes, dresses and socks would have been irreversibly damaged. This is completely unacceptable and should never happen and this is why I can rate the service as not good at all. After we complained we were offered a room upgrade which was not convenient for us.
Due to this incident I currently cannot recommend this hotel any more.

超乎预期的好
应该是新开的酒店，设施什麽的非常新，房间衞生很乾净，整体非常舒服，半夜落地的飞机，到酒店後洗个澡躺床上就晕过去了
前台8号小哥哥服务很好，我到的时候都半夜四五点了，他还是很热情积极，还给我升级了一个房型
下次还会来住！
