The hotel was bit annoying for me as it has few floors in the building and no lobby at the Ground floor. Really tricky to someone coming outside of China. Room was clean but not that welcoming. AC vents were not clean and making a little fuzzy in the room. Bathroom Shower area was not good especially water gets block and you have to be in a swiming pool. It was having Washing Machine a good add for the foriegners. The ambiance was average. Need to increase the quality of room and the ventilation especially. I was staying for Canton Fair was too far as Line 18 & 7 have long distanced stations. You have to walk like 1 km easily if you want to go to hotel from Canton Fair with using Subways. Not recommended for business travellers.

The staff is helpful.
The hotel location is good, there is subway in 10 min walk from the hotel, there are a lot of shopping malls and stores around.

My family and I recently stayed at 广州丛林大象酒店 and I have to say that it was an excellent experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. What really impressed me, however, was how child-friendly the hotel was. My kids loved the animal-themed decor and the play area, which kept them entertained for hours. Overall, I would highly recommend 广州丛林大象酒店 to anyone traveling with children, as it is one of the best family-friendly hotels I have ever stayed in."
