  water leaking from shower tray to toilet side. Room floor dusty with long hair in the floor. Still see dirts and hair after requesting mopping.

  General cleanliness is great but can be improved on some parts, and location is close to shopping and food, also to subway station. No complaint on that part. As per the price I will go back and stay again.

  酒店房间宽敞明亮，床很大，可随意翻滚，很爽。 地点靠近缤纷滙， 吃饭购物都方便。 如果在房间设施方面有所改善就更好了。如：床的关灯按钮距离比较远， 近的那边却没有牀头柜。浴室里的水会流到厕所区域，有不小心滑倒风险，洗手盆附近没有垃圾桶等等。 如果改善会有更好入住体验。

  Friendly staff. Excellent location nearby to food, subway and direct bus to Hongkong. Hotel room was a bit old. Breakfast was average, as some food was not fresh. No self laundry.

  从深圳开车来祈福，约了朋友晚上在祈福新村吃饭，所以订了这酒店，很方便，停车也很友好，附近喝早茶很好。 唯独是房间是无烟房但房间和楼层有点烟味，因看见别的房间有人抽烟。

  酒店的缤纷大床，床足够大！亲子首选。房间干净清洁，位置也理想。附近缤纷汇有很多美食 ，儿童乐园设备也有。但设施较适合十岁或以下的小朋友。整体感觉不错，会再过来玩。

  The WiFi connection is horrible. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels. Staff don’t speak English at all. Location is great. Lots of eateries nearby. The bed is huge and comfy.
