乾净衞生，环境很好，服务到位，热情好客。离北京路步行街很近，长隆野生动物园玩后入住该酒店，交通方便，有停车场，早餐还可以，早餐人较多，可能是会议人员集中需要等坐。

出差选择住这里，个人认为挺适合差旅出行。房间内既有沙发矮茶几，又有适合用电脑的桌椅枱灯，插座很近接口多，办公体验很好，桌旁窗外的风景也很赞。酒店这个位置打车方便附近不太堵车，而出门一墙之隔就是地铁口，只需要下两层小台阶，适合空闲时地铁出行游玩。一楼早饭一般，时间充足的游客建议出去吃。前台可开专票，留下讯息就可以先离开去办事，发票很快就发到邮箱里了。

我昰第二次住这洒店，整体都非常满意，唯独是在我订房时候已注明生日有否礼物附送，但当我到店时候是没有什么惊喜比客人同一般流程，不过我也不是很介意，只是觉得对客人的请求着意一点，会令客人有宾至如归感觉，不过如下次再到广州我也会再次入住这店

Very nice location, hotel room also very clean and all voice control, very convenient, lobby there can help to receive taobao parcel, it's really good.
Beside hotel also have mall and lot of shops.

酒店位置很不错，地铁站口，出行特别方便，周边吃饭的地方也很多。离圣心大教堂很近。
酒店服务也可以的，但是酒店洗手枱的水龙头特别不好用！

第一次入住装修没多久的广州宾馆，客户服务员办理手续热诚有礼，房间整洁采用智能模式设备，位处广州市中心地带，对面是星寰商场，楼下是地铁站，前往北京路整条食街非常方便。

广州宾馆老牌子新装修过，强调年轻化精致感舒适感，有个皮躺椅，衞生间也还蛮智能化，有智能龙头和马桶。电梯按钮也做了强调，对住客友好。不足是有一点点装修气味可能和封闭窗有关，房间门似乎不太隔音。马桶又过於灵敏一进衞生间它就自动打开…
