这家酒店就有点褒贬不一了，正对terminal站上山线路，正对艾格峯，风景没话説。价格是有些贵，前台有会中文的热情小哥。瑞士整体交流时候对英语的要求不高，baby english基本畅行无忧了。

This is a very great hotel, with excellent service
Just few minutes walk from the station, upon check-in they will provide you with everything you need to know about your stay
Feel free to ask them anything you need, they have very good service & will explain to you in detail.
They are very sweet to send us a card with their chocolate souvenir, this makes us feel so great

房间很差，床品很差，床垫都凹陷了，塌的很软的床垫，睡的腰酸背疼，最不能忍的是，洗澡必须站在浴缸里洗，浴缸特别特别小，站都站不下，太难熬了，住了3天，不会再去了！每天3000多的房费，感觉自己住了30块钱的房间！

家庭出行定了两个房间，留言要求安排近一点或者同一楼层，结果还是给了2个楼层…房间宽敞但设施简单，服务态度极好，临行还安排车免费送我们到火车站，离梦幻山坡很近
