酒店位于繁华的南门口附近，机场大巴可达，酒店是赣州市委的招待宾馆，在一个花园里，环境安静，旁边是钓鱼台美食街，可达孤郁台，浮桥等景点，交通方便，房间内应该是刚刚装修，设施比较新，布草比较干净，床铺卫生舒适，性价比超高。

园林式酒店，庭院空间大，绿化好，早餐品种不错，服务态度好，可能是老酒店的关系，2号楼没有电梯，洗澡水压不是很大，其他各方面都不错，值得推荐，住的舒服。

酒店位置不错，在商业街上，附近还有一条小吃街。非常方便。酒店是园林式的。外观看起来有点老旧了，但房间非常干净卫生，很新，关键是价格便宜，性价比高，下次来还住这家酒店。

选择在我20几年前曾经在这培训过好几天的老牌商务接待酒店入住，环境超好，服务和卫生都一如既往的👍👍房间略小，但安静，停车超级方便，推荐

非常不错 住和行都很方便，老城区，离灶儿巷和城墙以及浮桥很近，一路上很有生活气息，古迹也保存很不错，宾馆的早餐也是很丰富

环境没得说 像公园 像小区 一栋一栋的住宿楼 里面停车超级方便
缺点就是 房间小了点 卫生间感觉很挤 而且订的大床房 居然是两个小床拼在一起的

以前的政府招待所，中规中矩，环境不错，位置在老城区，吃饭购物方便。距离宋城旅游区步行不超过三十分钟，离灶儿巷的董府酒家很近。

赣南宾馆是家1954年建造、老字号花园式挂牌3星的政府接待宾馆，环境幽静。门前的厚德路是汽车由西向东单行道。酒店虽老但重新装修后设施不错，1号楼装修的更加漂亮呢。房间宽敞，酒店还赠送了水果点心，服务真不错，赞一个！中西式早餐品种蛮多，还有德龙咖啡机的现磨咖啡，浓浓的咖啡喝一杯精神爽一天哦。
