酒店不错，很新很干净。但由于是春节过后入住，酒店价格仍偏高很多，性价比就低了。
有免费班车去动车站，以及shuttle bus到三坊七巷，可以咨询时间表。

酒店的服务真心是太好了，是我住的酒店中数一数二的。到的那天，行李员主动帮我们提拿包包，前台戴眼镜的帅哥小朱热情问候，很快安排了房间，不错，效率高！提示我们春节期间酒店餐厅对住客有优惠，点赞！房间很干净整齐，床铺很舒服，房间送的水果很甜，还有过年的礼物呢！看见的服务员都是很礼貌的问新年好，肯定有训练过。第二天在过道上遇到客房部的小叶，热情问我们感受如何，还给女儿送了漂亮的小发夹和小猪猪玩偶，女儿开心极了！酒店餐厅里本地小吃很多，好吃。这次的体验非常好，以后肯定还会再来的，推荐大家入住！

酒店位置很好，在西湖边上，夜景很美。走路去三坊七巷也很方便，散个步就到了。工作人员尤其是大堂的工作人员态度很好。

这家酒店服务是真的好，慕西湖之名而来，却遇满房，前台的服务员仍然非常热情的帮我们这两个什么都不懂的老人家咨询了附近的酒店，耐心的教我们订房，怕我们到新的酒店找不到预定，还特意电话帮我们确认了房间才送我们到隔壁酒店，老伴儿说一定要住在西湖大酒店，次日一看网络上有房间可以定果断退房住过来，就是没看到那天热心帮忙的前台姑娘了，但是前台办理入住的小江，小郑也都是好孩子，前台那么忙还帮我们拎东西，送我们上电梯，这么好的服务让我们特别暖心，前台孩子们耐心教会我们的网络订房，以后我们去哪里游玩都心里有底儿了，一定要给他们点个赞！
