地理位置很好，挨着地铁站，有洗衣房很方便，刚从峇里岛回来，需要洗很多东西，带烘干机，很好。房间整体上来说房间够大，两张床，带着青少年的一家三口足够睡，隔音一般，豪华家庭房没有冰箱有点儿说不过去，很多抽屉柜子都是假的，打不开的，衣服只能叠在一起，住了五天四晚，服务员每天早上说话都很大声，这也是我想说的服务的问题。办理入住那天，大妈插队，前台都看不到我在排队的，直接谁声音大给谁办理，最后一晚不想打扫了，直接点亮免打扰，服务员还是进来了，非常尴尬，我躺在沙发上，她进来的速度非常快，管理很松散，我看到员工随便找个房间就洗头发，冲澡，谈笑风生，无所顾忌，搞笑的是加我微信要好评，我只想做个真实的评价！

酒店环境很不错，位置也好找，离地铁站很近，离中心街区也不远，房间的设施齐全，环境干净整洁，很开心的一次入住！

房间很好很大，卫生间干湿分离。虽然五一期间福州天气小雨绵绵的，房间很干爽没有潮气，房间有空调，洗澡水流很大。最主要的是离地铁近，2站地就是三坊七巷，2站地就是福州火车站，坐公交也很方便，出门有117也可以到三坊七巷。周边吃饭也很方便，不远处就是姚晨推荐的一同楼福建菜馆。

房间面积合适，也蛮干净的，就是我这间稍有烟味，忘记备注无烟房，提前一周定的酒店，价格还ok，不然临时订五一可是有些贵哟，仅供参考。来福州和亲人见面，很happy，附近有个农贸市场，边上的小早餐还不错，挺方便的！
