这个酒店，性价比高。五星级的硬件，五星级的服务。挺好的。特别是酒店很注重细节服务，值得称赞。比如，到前台，服务员杨小姐就主动问是不是需要两个房卡。这小细节很温馨。房间里给客人准备了三条毛巾，三条浴巾，早晚洗澡，够用。房间里配备了不同标准的转换插座，即使外国朋友来了，也很方便。这些都值得称赞。

算是抚顺比较好的酒店了，大堂环境不错，早餐挺丰富！房间里设施一应俱全，去的比较早，房间还没有收拾出来，免费升级了河景房

早餐一般，算是抚顺比较好的酒店了，感觉服务质量是越来越下降，到前台办理前台办理入住，明明是网上已经支付过了，服务员硬说是交的保证金，订行政楼层，给住普通楼层，还不退差价，欺人太甚！结账时的服务员又明确说是网上支付过了，可见服务员的素质之差，保证金跟已经支付应该有明显区别，另外楼层服务员的服务意识和服务质量一如既往的好，有求必应尤其是夜间班的服务员，还是老面孔，老传统，随叫随到，任劳任怨，让人觉得宾至如归，像回到家一样，万达嘉华整体质量下降是人人都感觉到的，唯独行政楼层的服务质量一如既往。
