因为假期探访佛山金融城附近亲戚需要，多次入住已成常客，但每次的体验都不一样。其实知道前台接洽那一分钟起，已经知道我们所有住房记录，也可以查到客人入住习惯，个人觉得前台nice的会醒目处理得很好，欠缺的前台就是理解客人的心未到而已。所谓制度是死的，人是活的，灵活处理并满足客人需求，让人有宾至如归的感觉是酒店服务的灵魂。这次前台对我高要求住宿处理还是令人满意，但加钱并升级住入行政楼层后却被告知不属于行政房客户，小孩因为对普通沐浴乳过敏，想配另类沐浴乳要求也因为这原因无法满足，感觉怪怪的。反而对房间服务人员的服务感到满意，其他也不知道说什么好了，
