位置不错，离地铁站步行10分钟以内，周围购物吃饭都方便。
硬件设施还可以，但整个套房除了厕所其他地方没有纸巾没有垃圾桶，很不方便。
除了打扫房间的阿姨服务态度值得5星标准，其他的真不敢恭维。订时的房间说明明明是1.8米床，给的是1.5m床，因为我们两大一小很难睡。就致电前台，本想拿多张被子让爸爸睡沙发床，被告知没有多余的被子。然后问她能不能换房间，她竟然问订的时候有没有备注要1.8，之后又问房间有没有动过，动过就不能换，因为要重新搞卫生。这是5星级的服务态度？？！！

连住两晚，第一晚发现以下问题。
一、缺点（作为5星不应出现）
1:洗手间镜前灯与射灯同一组开关，致镜前区域较热。
2:立式冲凉房的头顶莲蓬头位置有问题，开玻璃门时易碰到，玻璃门虽然是5厘钢化玻璃，但多次碰撞后，最倒霉的那个肯定会撞烂玻璃门，致伤。
3:手持花洒头与水管接驳处有破漏，致花洒水压不稳
4:房间门有缝隙，透光且传声。
二、可改善
1:豪华大床房既然有沙发和茶几，建议在茶几上摆放一个简易茶盘与茶具。
2:既然有冰筒，建议配置2个红酒杯。
3:抽纸盒太少，建议除了洗漱台，在茶几或书桌也放一个。
4:洗手间没有放置备用卷纸。
三、优点
不写了，与前人赞扬的一致。
