Beautiful place but wasn't very filled when we went there which was good! There was buggy service to the rooms. Service was ok not great but minimally satisfactory. The area was quite big so need to walk up and down to go to the entrance or hotel restaurant. We enjoyed the daily breakfast even though the food was generally the same. Overall a good enough passable stay for a first time experience.

酒店在凤庆茶园里，环境优美舒适，自驾停车很方便，前台、客房、餐厅服务都很好，房间乾净整洁舒适，在房间阳台休息喝茶很舒服，早餐品种基本齐全，只是炒的蔬菜比较少，酒店有当地特色小吃很不错，有机会再到凤庆还会再次选择温德姆

酒店环境优美，但设定不合理，住宿不方便。感觉并非为了作为酒店而设计的。服务质量较差，基本没有服务，工作人员一问三不知。我理解春节期间人工难寻，但还是要对得起春节的溢价吧。

整体环境很好 床也特别舒服。但是酒店服务一般，入住时没有告知早餐结束时间也没有告知位置，第二天去吃早餐的时候10点20左右，已经收了。询问了能不能单独做一份，可以额外付钱。酒店人流量并不大，在餐饮前台的工作人员只顾玩手机，给予了否定和回答。附近比较偏僻，没有地方去吃饭。需要做好规划。

本次云南行唯一一晚通过携程居然还豁边了，首先是价格明显高于当天各个渠道查询的，其次五星级酒店就算入住率再低但基本的服务要有吧，除了前台两个女孩和早餐时餐厅服务人员态度还行，居然礼宾部人都没有一个。最后，餐厅还不供应晚餐[破涕为笑]。
作为资深用户对携程真的越来越失望，这年头离开哪个平台不能活??另外小红书的密集推荐还要理性分析，县城还是住中心位置妥当。

春节错峯游，自驾去到了凤庆，酒店五星级品质没毛病，安静，舒适，晚上还有人放烟花，很轻松惬意，早餐也不错，人不扎堆，值得去。

冲着温德姆品牌来的，结果比较失望，房间实在太小了，衞生间设计也相当不合理，马桶间的玻璃门挡住洗漱台，老是会撞到。隔音超级差，隔壁讲话都能听到。唯一达标的就是早餐了。
