碰上房间正在分区域装修 还好前台美女照顾 给升级了安静的房间 感觉不错 酒店在商场里 走哪里都非常方便热闹 特别是天气不好时 这里吃住行就非常有优势 还有地下车库停车方便

一路从武汉 神农架开到奉节，晚上随便找了个停车场吃了顿饭，发现楼上有这个酒店，有点太累了就入住了，算是超出了预期，感觉性价比非常高，于是本来住一天又续了一天

酒店中规中矩，优于大多数酒店。二个最大优点，一是酒店位于商业广场内，吃饭购物都方便；二是在五楼有一个空中花园。唯一一处瑕疵是淋浴房太小了。明明有足够大的衞生间，安装了一个小小的淋浴房。

体验太差，虽然酒店有个泳池，没人用也没拍照
安全：出现引导员拿错卡，开错房间，打开其他用户正在入住有东西的房间的情况；
交通：难找、不方便、走起来累。酒店内引导缺失&错误，被引导多绕路爬了楼梯上去又下来；
设施：陈旧、有霉菌、装修有样子但是质量差。花洒管道问题，水漏一半无法洗澡；
衞生：非常一般
环境：窗户和隔断墙隔音很差，能持续听到隔壁、走廊的噪音
服务：人手很少，基本没啥服务

该酒店为园林式连体别墅型酒店，环境优美，且性价比高。地处城市中心商业区，购物餐饮交通方便。房间很大，设施高级。工作人员服务热情，尤其一陈姓女工作人员，微笑待人，热心帮助旅客解决困难。

1.200块的房间是个半地下室ps：照片的窗户下沿是外面小区的地面
2.房间的窗户是坏的，几乎没有密闭性早上7点钟窗外就开始有人外放音乐
3.房间衞生间一股潮湿臭的味道
