My wife and I spent two nights at Tianhua House Hotel and would rate it a solid 4/5. The location by the river is peaceful and quieter than the main area, though it does mean at least a 15-minute easy walk each way to most of the sightseeing spots. Our room was large, well-appointed, and comfortable, although it was missing the advertised bathtub. To their credit, the hotel immediately acknowledged this and refunded us 80 RMB, which we appreciated.
The standout positive was the staff: they were very helpful with planning our itinerary, arranging ticket bookings at prices much cheaper than outside, and organising an excellent local guide for just 100 RMB per day – a real bargain.
On the downside, the repeated walks back and forth did get a bit tedious, there was no phone reception in the lobby and the Wi?Fi was weak, and the hot water and water pressure were inconsistent. Overall, our stay was OK – not bad, but not amazing either.

一次非常满意的入住体验，强烈推荐！从踏入酒店那一刻起，就感受到了贴心的服务。前台工作人员办理入住迅速，态度亲切。房间非常乾净整洁，隔音效果好，网络稳定，设施齐全。

酒店就在沱江边，在景区内，酒店装修风格很不错。衞生不错，毛巾都是用袋子封起来，服务周到细致，订了酒店马上有电话联系，发停车场位置，到了到停车场拿行李，好评好评

酒店位置特别好，位於沱江边上，出门即可体验凤凰水乡的古风古韵，还有一个可以看到凤凰之眼的大露台。酒店整体环境优雅，格局设计类苏式园林 ，同时设施非常齐全 健身房、旅拍服务、餐厅等一应俱全。最重要的是，这家酒店算是我住过的酒店里麪衞生环境可以排前三的，连毛巾都是消毒後统一封装的，浴室也是乾净透亮，而且水量很大，老板特别细心连化粧镜也有巧思。总之是一次非常好的体验!强推!
