设施：新开业的酒店，洗衣房、健身房、餐厅，房间智能操控，设施很齐全，含早餐，早餐超级丰富，很好吃。
衞生：房间很乾净，住宿很温馨
服务：每次经过前台，前台的小姐姐都会打招呼，会让一天的心情变好。洗衣服还会帮忙烘乾装好，很暖心的服务。
欢迎水果:第一次住酒店还送欢迎水果，苹果、沙糖桔很甜。

房间非常好，挺大的，温馨舒适，临窗泡茶听雨也是非常浪漫的，前台的姐姐们非常温柔超级好评，临走还薅了一个漂亮手链。不愧如家之名，宾至如归，体验非常好，隔壁就是鄂州高铁站，对公共交通的朋友们很友好，我们是自驾，酒店停车非常方便，很宽阔
