亲子房，硬件设施还是很不错的。但是，房间没有儿童浴袍，需要致电酒店要求提供。然后酒店非常礼貌的告诉你：非常抱歉，我们的儿童浴袍已经没有了。说实话，感觉很奇怪，你如果连住店客人的浴袍都不够，那......之后，发现酒店里放的儿童拖鞋一只30码一只28码，再次找酒店，告诉我：对不起，我们的儿童拖鞋没有了。住了这么多年酒店，真是第一次遇到这种事情。写出来供大家参考吧！

服务好！位置也很方便。对于早起的老人来说6点半开始的早餐时间真是很好，营养搭配，品种多样。酒店温泉也不错，是适合带一家人休闲度假的酒店！

酒店不错，环境、房间设施都很好，也很干净。唯一美中不足的是B座不能泡温泉，要另外收费！房费都快700了，还要220多的温泉票⋯

酒店设施齐全，老的泡温泉，小的有儿童乐园，还有造浪池，适合举家出行，下次争取订到亲子房，带滑梯的，宝贝肯定很喜欢

早餐人非常多，有旅行团一起。本来是想品质游，但是人太多，早饭一座难求，也没有什么吃的。相比其他同等价位酒店，这个算很差的。我没加床，1.8米大床，娃睡中间，可以。不过2.0米更好。酒店位置可以，从峨眉山下来，很方便。有停车场。不收费。服务超级超级差。前台很慢，而且15.00都不能入住。温泉还可以，所谓的下午茶，也是抢。只有一轮，而且无标识。所谓的无限次温泉是假的，从下午13.30才开始，第二天是不能泡的。但是说明没有。总体，不会再去了。感知非常差。硬件再不错，服务太差，鸡肋。
