酒店建了很多年，硬件保持的很好。浴室洗澡沐浴液不好，用完后冲很久都觉得滑。这与酒店身份不匹配。餐厅用餐不够精细也与酒店级别不匹配。管接送站这是敦煌很多酒店的优点。

大床房可以看到鸣沙山。房间装饰很有特色，小骆驼玩偶可以拿走～摘星阁早餐算是甘肃之行丰富的了。酒店下水道不是很好，会反味，而且淋浴间下水不是很通畅，需要清理了。酒店步行到鸣沙山15分钟的样子，到月牙泉小镇更近。工作人员都很有服务意识。
