还五星豪华，服务太差了。身份证明拉在前台，退房不给说。交警查住才发现酒店没给，让酒店送还让我们掏车费。不是钱的问题，是态度。这么大酒店这点服务都达不到怎么能评上星级？？态度差差差

酒店位置很好，设施四星酒店感觉，早餐也有四星水准。服务很好。房间卫生间与房间玻璃是透明的，也没有帘子遮挡。当孩子面都没法在卫生间换衣服。希望改善。
