酒店设施还不错，服务人员很贴心，大堂登记时有热毛巾，茶水喝，五楼还有自助洗衣房，让来到敦煌住2晚的游客很是欢喜！值得推荐！

酒店所有服务人员态度都超级好，入住当天早上6点火车站免费接站，还给免费升级了房间，看到身份证日期当天是我生日，还送了小礼物，很贴心。酒店环境很好，温馨干净，和前台说床硬，马上给加了床被子。周围吃的也多，离夜市也很近，走路几分钟就到了，好评！

酒店的位置在市中心，服务还是挺周到的，我们一到达酒店，就会送上毛巾给你擦脸，还给你递上一杯茶。来敦煌，当然要住敦煌酒店啦。

走南闯北住过多多高中低档的酒店，这间酒店是我们首次遇到如此的贵宾待遇服务。进门递擦手毛巾，递热茶水，前台、楼层的服务员见到的都是满满的微笑，退房又帮我们把行李送到停车场，让人心暖。顶楼还设有免费自助洗衣房，酒店位置市中心，生活便捷。尽管设施上尚有少少的缺陷，但我们仍会强烈推荐入住这间酒店，给这些服务小姑娘点赞。
