  Hotel is clean and comfortable to stay, however we encounter problem during check in. Staff not friendly, she don't understand English despite showing her our reservation she insisted us to login to Trip.com App to show her the booking.

  We had the tatami room, the mattress was so thin, I felt like I was literally sleeping on the floor. The next morning, we went for the breakfast buffet provided, there was no crowd control. Large tour groups were grabbing all the food like they were starving, even the hot water was being emptied out. For the price I paid for this hotel, the experience didn't match up to my expectations

  设施齐全，酒店配有洗衣房和健身房，前台的百宝箱真的很百宝，很齐全，对于出差的人来説太方便了，酒店工作人员态度非常好，遇上酒店有活动，房型给升级了，很好。推荐入住。
