这次服务我给3分，设施给4分，房间装修等都还好，但是有两个问题需要注意，一是酒店中央空调不给力，制冷效果相当一般，，二是前台业务能力需要加强，办理退房加开发票花了整整45分钟，差点误了高铁，很影响顾客出行体验，现在很多高档酒店都推行退房免查房，即为顾客节省了时间，也让顾客感觉到尊重和信任，希望酒店能借鉴
