第一点肯定是酒店服务，这不得不説实在太好了，前台小姐姐领我们到房间门口，服务也十分热心，特别感谢小王和小张，很贴心

We had a wonderful stay at Tianfu Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Check-in was quick, and even though we arrived late, the staff thoughtfully provided snacks in our room. Our executive suite was spacious, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. Overall, a delightful experience, and we will definitely return on our next visit.

免费升级了房间，房间宽敞，从房间就能看到江景、还看到了日出，早餐丰富、味道也好吃，还送了迎宾小吃和晚安饮品，房间里的毛巾和浴巾又大又柔软，位置离熊猫谷和都江堰都近、打车方便，谢谢小任和小王的热情招待！

作为都江堰最好的酒店之一，本次入住充满了惊喜与暖心。尤其是前台的工作人员非常热心，服务态度极其到位，我们的一些问题也能积极回应，给我们本次都江堰之行加了不少分。
而酒店房间的风景也是毋庸置疑，放眼望去，半个都江堰市尽收眼中，着实令人心情愉快。

Second time staying in this hotel
We choosen this hotel again are becos of the great location , friendly staff and nice sz room
Excellent breakfast with lots of selections which makes you looking forward to the next breakfast sessions
There were 2 unlucky events this time during our stay
1）The Aircon was not working well for our room , no matter how we adjusted the temperature lower , it will always feels like 26 degree
2) one of the night around 3.10am there was a power failure which the Hotel went into total darkness , electricity resumed after almost 50mins later but still i will choose this Hotel when we visit this city again
