The service was warm and attentive, especially Miss 宋女士和江女士at the front desk, who was kind-hearted and enthusiastic in introducing food, drink, and entertainment around the hotel. I was also very enthusiastic about helping me upgrade to a viewing suite, and another young lady came to our room to see the property in person before making a decision. ＜br＞The landscape room is spacious with a wide view, clean and hygienic, and has a welcome fruit platter and bottled drinking water. Breakfast is plentiful. Very satisfied! Come multiple times, stay forever new!

酒店位置非常好！临近古城，周边火锅、串串等没事很多，吃饭很方便。酒店服务员态度也很好，还给送了小水果盘，停车也很方便，车位也很多！

先説优点，有温泉和常温池子可以游泳，带孩子非常嗨皮。早餐的种类一般，但是品质可以的。
再説不足，房间想设施新点就选了求是楼榻榻米，但是装修味还是严重的，空调有时选择了同样温度，但是有时候感觉冷有时候又挺热。最要吐槽的是房间设计，没有行李架，行李拿取都要蹲着，没有置物钩子，插座的设计都是不便利等 不方便生活。总之就硬件不足是服务人员比较辛苦。希望酒店要添置和改进下。

距离都江堰不太远，步行大约二三十分钟。老牌国营酒店，服务很热情。有室外汤泉，可以带小朋友去玩玩儿。停车场很大，出门前扫码免费停车。

酒店的设施还是挺不错的，房间整洁卫生，开完房进房间已经提前取上电开上空调了。酒店周围交通便利，出门右转就是火锅店夜宵店等等，附近有核酸检测点。工作人员也很热情，推荐了一些本地人常去的饭店，以及游玩的景点。并且在开房时告知了温泉开放时间和早餐用餐时间，退房时赠送了小礼物。很贴心，下次还会再来。
