酒店总体不错，值得赞一个。性价比很高，四星级的酒店，网上房价还很优惠。本来大热天也不是很想出来玩的，但是小朋友刚好放暑假，一直缠着要出去玩所以就想着来横店玩玩，顺便想着偶遇明星。酒店大堂空调效果非常给力，一进来真的是非常的凉块，都不想再出去了。行李员帅哥服务很主动，没打算让他们帮忙拿行李，但是他们自己就迎上来主动服务了，给行李帅哥的热情服务竖个大拇指。总台服务很顺利，一到总台就有个小姑娘给我们端来了欢迎茶，帮我们办理入住的服务员态度也很亲切。第一次来，不知道这里怎么游玩，还给我们介绍了景点和演出，推荐了游玩路线。本来网上写的是要下午2点后才能入住，一大早过来还是有点担心不能入住，后来稍稍给前台提了一下，结果马上就给我们安排了一个干净的房间，重点是因为我们订的房型卫生还没好，还是给我们免费升级了的，哈哈哈，好开心啊！房间里面粉粉的，好可爱，好温馨。晚上还有冷饮送，很贴心。一路玩的也开心，总台推荐的路游玩的很顺利。退房还问我们住的怎么样，回答当然是很好拉~~~~~有机会我还会回来的~~~
