1、酒店在林场深处，非常幽静；2、酒店的硬件可以媲美4星级或者5星级，但是人员服务还不到位。例如早餐劵，朋友的孩子1.3米开始要收大人同等费用（￥48/张），后来别的人带孩子就只是收半价。吃饭的时候看到门口写1.2米以上收费，但是吃饭期间有其他客人带孩子，又告诉那个客人超过80cm就要收早餐费。3、酒店周围无任何便利店，费用很高，早餐劵是￥48/位，烧烤炉使用是￥100/个，烧烤场地使用费是￥80，大球球是￥30/20分钟。但是感觉早餐的花样和品种不值￥48啊，味道一般。

酒店在林场深处 环境很安静 幽静 但是不是很好找 从东海火车站要打车去 70元 另外 携程预定的房间不能泡温泉 需要另外买票 温暖票98元 餐厅的早餐如果客人不多 就没有自助餐 而是份饭 自助餐品种不多 中晚餐点餐价格比较贵 味道一般 总之 环境不错 服务有待改进

环境不错，挺好的酒店的，酒店内的装饰非常的特别，有韵味。一年四季，酒店所属的园区有不同的景色，酒店配套的温泉特别的美丽，很特别 。很舒服的一个酒店

环境非常好，不太人性化，什么都讲钱，加被子也要钱，而且非常非常重要的是在艺龙订的房服务态度不好，还不给泡温泉～请问合理吗？？？
