酒店管理和服務嚴重滯後，首先入住體驗非常不好，提前一天預定並且收到確認，但到達前臺後居然告知查不到預定，需要我聯繫攜程，前後讓我在前臺等了20分鐘。酒店很冷清沒什麼人入住，都是出入二樓酒吧的各種混雜人員，酒店前臺職員從頭到尾一直在和女同事閑聊，聲音還很大，整個大堂都聽得見，非常不專業。要不是在附近有事，不會入住這家酒店，以後不會再住了。
