酒店的服务简直无可挑剔。工作人员的态度亲切又热情，有一天我不小心把重要文件弄湿了，前台得知后，立刻帮忙联系烘乾服务，还在最短的时间内将文件完好无损地送到我手上。服务细致入微，让我感受到了家一般的温暖。必须五星好评！

酒店很气派，虽然是老牌酒店但是维护得非常好，房间乾净舒适，休息得很好。赠送的温泉非常好。服务礼貌周到。楼下吃喝烧烤咖啡奶茶便利店都很齐全，是来德州的好选择。

老四星酒店，设施不那么新了，但是总体还是很乾净的，前台服务热情，洗澡水很热，房间不用开空调温度就挺合适的，但是一直没鼓捣明白电视怎么开，也就没看，地理位置也还方便吧，因为没怎么去周围逛，不发表意见。早餐品种多，但我都不太喜欢吃，个人吃东西也比较挑剔。

非常非常好的体验，老牌四星的服务，非常周到，热情，毕竟企业文化在这里呐。早上吃饭的时候，服务人员还给端的热气腾腾的馄饨，非常好，退房时，给我带了两瓶水，説路上喝。总之，非常满意的一次体验。
