一楼大厅很宽敞，典型的中式风格，座椅很舒服。
停车场挺大的，在火车站旁边能有这么大的露天停车场，不容易。
前半夜偶尔会有火车声，后半夜就听不到了。窗户是双层的，应该有点隔音效果。
普通标间面积有点小，豪华标间应该会好一点。商务标间在贵宾楼，床也更宽。
门背后的敞开式挂衣杆很长、衣架够多，很方便。
卫生间与房间地面落差比较大，要小心踩空。
数字电视机顶盒开机不能直接进入直播频道，得自己手动选择，不太方便。
前台说话轻声细语、周到细致，真的是温婉美丽的江南女子！
客房赠送的香蕉很好吃。
早餐比较丰盛，有煮面、煮馄饨、现煎蛋，点心精致，而且第二天会换成不同花样的点心。
晚餐口味不错，价格也不高，酸汤肥牛、雪菜笋衣豌豆味道不错。
小长假363元一晚普通标间的价格还可以，不算贵。

位置好找，停车场很大肯定有地方停，人多的话隔壁的陈家菜吃吃刚好。卫生也还行。唯一不满意就是早餐的牛奶是奶粉冲的。

对得起莫干山大酒店的名头，是正儿八经的星级酒店水准，虽然硬件略有老旧，但酒店管理到位，只可惜位置靠车站较近，半夜偶尔有火车经过，有点扰民，
