超级超级推荐，超豪华五星的享受！美的我都无语伦次了！太感谢酒店经理和美女前台给升级的超级豪华大床房！躺在床上就可以直接看到梅里雪山，真的是天堂般的享受啊！感谢一切！！酒店的硬件软件都非常高端，真是太幸运了！强烈推荐，入住一次终生难忘啊！

帮我们免费升级成了别墅，非常满意，我们订了两间，都免费升成了别墅，山上11月初还是挺冷的，可惜我们去的那天下雨，没看到日照金山，只在我们走的时候露出了一个尖尖。环境非常好，有加热马桶坐垫，有浴缸，别墅房间非常大，的确属于梅里比较豪华的酒店了。唯一美中不足的是有一个房间的锅炉烧的很慢，导致我们洗澡时候水不热，幸好另一间锅炉是好的够很多人洗，不然要换房间重新烧水什么的就挺麻烦的了。

位置真心没携程强标注的好，房价那么贵，房间冷的要死，半夜停暖气还停wifi，都不让人活了，真不值这个价格的酒店。

房間暖氣設備很足，房內設備舒適。住的是3樓大床房，正對雪山景色很棒。入住時預訂的房型跟酒店收到的訂單有誤，帶到房間才發現有誤，感覺酒店服務不謹慎，態度也不夠細心積極。入住時證件還弄丟要重新提供，服務扣分。還好房間硬體讓人滿意，但是要住到樓上景色好的房型才有價值。
