和温德姆酒店一个大门进出一个餐厅吃饭，位置离古城墙三四公里，需要打车前往，适合自驾开车。大堂富丽堂皇，早餐也不错，花样比较多，还有羊杂刀削麪烤鱼水煮虾等。淡季价格还行，性价比高。房间比较大，宽敞舒适。前台服务人员服务态度一般，话语比较少，感觉不热情。

带着孩子来大同旅游首选云冈大酒店！孩子进门以后一直在説好豪华好豪华，超多的电梯不需要排队，前台小姐姐面带微笑态度超好，房间宽敞又整洁，还有大浴缸！早餐也超级丰富，有牛排烧麦大虾各种，饮料就有十几种，总之太满意了，超级无敌满意！

This hotel is a real value for money. It has excellent location, modern room amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a wide range of varieties.
The hotel has a restaurant called Fenglingge which serves great local cuisine with reasonable price. For hotel guest, there is a RMB60 restaurant voucher given to offset the restaurant bill at Fenglingge. One of the staff at Fenglingge, Liu Guangzhen 刘光珍 is very attentive and helpful and provides great service.

首先肯定房间设施不错，卫生打扫也比较干净，从云冈升级到了温德姆，客房补充物品及反馈都算迅速。有点瑕疵的是服务培训没有跟上，每个人都是被动的，无表情无言语的服务，补充物品后表示感谢，服务员扭头就走了，好尴尬。唯一一次听到感谢您的光临祝您旅途愉快是在餐厅一位服务员姐姐说的，温暖的话真是太难得了。

酒店的软硬件都很过硬，房间设施完善，早餐品种很丰富，用餐环境也很不错，就是有一点让人感觉不是很舒服，那就是房间太热，房间的供暖方式为空调+暖气，把房间空调关闭以后还是很热！服务员送来了台式电扇和冰块，为了能舒服点儿，我直接把房间窗户打开了，在夜间-11°C第一次感觉到很舒服呢，的确让人无语达形容??
