住过几个城市的香格里拉大酒店。无论位置，设施都是一流。特别是前台接待小姐的态度和业务熟练程度绝对是国内一流。但有几点需改进。马桶还是美国式的，非常不节能。吹风机找了半天原来藏在房间的抽屉里并且无法移动，估计是怕国人素质差的偷。
