其实服务我想给4星的，但前台小哥的服务态度真的很好，我想说的是总机服务，因为我们是回重庆探亲，丽华酒店离家近，所以每年回重庆都是老公住酒店，我和孩子住父母家，晚上12点时，发觉自己的东西不见了，就打电话到酒店房间，问是否掉在了房间里，电话响了很久，总机才接起，睡意朦胧的问转哪里？我告之了，又过了大约1分钟才转到房间，这速度，我也是醉了！以前丽华酒店的总机的服务好，现在怎么成这样了！希望改进！
