酒店位置比较偏，但是开元集团刚接手价格还是不错的，服务员热情。属于试营业阶段，部位场所还在装修，住客不是很多，早餐在临时17楼的 地方比较小 ，不是很丰盛但还可以。中央空调我严重怀疑没有开，从21度到10度都试了，室温一直在26到28度

这个地方真是有够荒凉的呀，晚上6点多7点的样子开车附近绕了好久愣是找不到吃饭的地方。好不容易找到个商场吧，居然整体都关门了，难道当地人民过年期间都不上饭店的嘛？这都年初三了呀。真心无语

冲着雷迪森的品牌去的，但是硬件再好服务跟不上还是白搭。房间的墙纸脱落，洗浴蓬头堵塞了一半，更可恶的是，枕头是脏的，经理不出面接待，让前台请我们谅解。也是醉了。
说说和雷迪森标准不一致的地方，沐浴产品非雷迪森标配，而是如家常见的力士。另外洗护产品中没有剃须刀。卫生间的地毯也是灰的。
客房的用户手册都被服务员藏起来了，信纸和便签也没有。
软件的缺失，联想到倒闭的传闻，真的是百闻不如一见啊……
