  设施：房间设备设施有点老旧，地毯有点太脏了建议酒店客情淡的时候安排洗涤一下，房间的空调就不用提了，没有开冷气，热的简直没有办法睡觉，第二天白天送来风扇也只能暂时缓解一下 衞生：房间衞生总体一般，起初床单上面还有污渍，换了一间房以后床单上面还有破洞，太累了也不想折腾换房了，希望管理层加强查房技能 服务：服务总体来説还算可以吧，体验了行政酒廊，但是菜品过于单一，就只有几道热菜，餐厅的自助早餐品种也不是太多，杯具还有破损的情况， 总的来説体验感一般没有达到预期的效果，有点失望????

  酒店比较新，环境衞生乾净整洁，早餐比较丰富，前台服务好，就是有个建议，外卖没有机器人送餐到房间门口，其他都非常满意！

  房间很乾净，这个价格能住到喜来登，很不错了，带家人爬琅琊山，山不高，适合长者小孩爬山，也有景区直通车坐，爬累了直接坐车值得一去。
