酒店的位置比较偏僻，但是环境不错，作为五星酒店，这个价格很便宜，旁边就是公园

果断五星好评！退房结账发生了一点小差错，打电话过去酒店前台和客房部的工作人员态度耐心热情，处理及时高效，很愉快地解决了问题。酒店的硬、软件和服务配匹五星品质，更坚定了我对金科的认可，是我回开州的不二选择！！！

1地方偏僻，附近没有什么可吃的；2开了一天车，准备洗脚放松一下，晚上七点打电话问足浴说没有人；3早餐极差，目测不如快捷酒店，看了一圈实在觉得没什么可吃就走了（去了那么多五星酒店唯一一个看了半天没有可以吃的东西的酒店），为什么不弄一点开县小吃如包面、杂酱面之类的；4豪华单间床和沙发不伦不类，非常不搭，一个通风窗居然设计在地面上。5唯一值得欣慰的是（手受伤了前台提供了创可贴）6大厅等待区小孩疯闹，沙发上穿着鞋子乱跳无人制止，万一摔伤谁担责任？
