Location good n with spectacular view of Chongqing city too.. Surrounding with lots of foods or resto nearby.
Infront of hotel is a big shopping mall, Raffles plaza
Hotel service itself excellent especially Ms Jia Yi, an intern housekeeper who had offered big helped by taking all our big luggages to our rooms,
Then, add us in wechat asking us to communicate with her anytime for anything we needs.
Daily info abt weather, n also other things we needs like if needs room cleaning serv etc etc on daily basis.
Also, Yunsu n Afeng another intern housekeeper as well whom had reminded us that we left behind our shoes n glasses after check-out etc, shall kept the goods or mail to us to us etc etc..
Absolutely a 5-star services, never ever we had in any other hotels in china or other countries yet sofar.

This hotel is one of the best in the city. We spent four days in Chongqing and the location is excellent, close to the main tourist attractions and just a few metres from the metro. The hotel has a system where a butler is always connected with you via WeChat and assists you with anything you need, which makes the experience very smooth and personal. The service is truly premium, and you definitely get what you pay for. The room is cleaned every day, with fresh towels and amenities replaced daily. They also provide complimentary water, tea and coffee every day. There is free laundry service as well, which is quite common in China, but it is great to have it available here too. All the staff are extremely kind and always do their best to make sure you have a great stay. The views are incredible, and the private bathtub in the room is a real plus. Thank you very much.

I had a wonderful stay at ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Raffles Plaza). The room size was very generous, especially for a hotel in such a prime city-center location. The layout was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offered stunning panoramic views of Chongqing’s skyline and rivers.
The location is absolutely excellent. Situated in the heart of Jiefangbei and right next to Raffles City, the hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions, with walking distance to the metro. It was extremely convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around the city.
What truly stood out was the staff service. I was assigned to小管家 月亮 and was professional, warm, and very attentive throughout the stay. From check-in to daily housekeeping, everyone was helpful and responsive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist really elevated the overall experience.
Overall, this hotel offers great room size, an unbeatable location, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing. Thank you very much 月亮 ??

The hotel was very clean and the view was great. Our personal butler, Coco was very friendly and thoughtful! She even helped us plan an itinerary around Chongqing. Overall, Coco provided excellent service and helped us a lot. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again.

I stayed two days at this hotel. In two 270 degree rooms. In the first one everything was great, I got what I saw in the pictures and the service was on point. However, this room smelled like a sewer. I booked it because of the steam fireplace and it turned out that it didn't work. Also, I didn't like the service on the second day.

Wow — what a spectacular view. From the moment you step into the lobby on the 30th floor, you’re greeted with incredible views, and it only gets better in the rooms. We stayed on the 43rd floor, and the view was absolutely amazing.
The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for our luggage. The bed was super comfortable, and the automatic blackout blinds were a great touch, especially after a long day — perfect for a proper rest.
The staff were truly wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They replied promptly on WeChat whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which made everything so easy and stress-free. A special mention to Sanye, who was amazing and helped us smoothly through the checkout process.
Overall, a fantastic stay with stunning views, a comfortable room, and excellent service. Highly recommend! I would definitely stay again!

酒店24小时的管家服务态度还不错，月亮服务态度很好，送物有机器人，大堂比较漂亮，拍了下还可以。来的这几天，外国人住这里的也比较多哈。
