入住非常糟糕，服务奇差，管理混乱。首先晚上十一点左右办理入住，到了前台看了我们一眼竟然不打招呼，讨论什么单据问题，最后我们说了三次要办理入住，而且最后一次是比较大声了才理我们，这是生意太好到不在乎了？小孩困的不行也懒得跟她们计较了。房间比较陈旧，还算干净，有暖气。在艺龙订房含早餐，结果算是见识到十五元一位的早餐了，粥有四样，一个馒头，一个炒面，一个蒸红米糕，一个番薯，一个芋头，一个炒大白菜，一个现场煮粉。粉有两种汤料选择，一个劲辣鱼汤，一个三鲜(冬菇火腿肉片)，随便凑合一下就算了吧，可是服务态度奇差无比，特别是煮粉那位大婶，好像感觉因为我们的到来害她要起来煮早餐给我们，欠了她似的，问三句不回答一句，长得抱歉不是你的错，但是摆个苦瓜脸大早恶心人就是你的不对了。吃完早餐要赶路，所以很快退房了，结果问题又来了，我们开了两间房，硬是说有一间房用了他们盒装毛巾，要给钱，理由是我们开的另一间房有那个盒装毛巾，而这个房间不见，所以肯定是被我们用了！一问打扫员昨天查房有没有看见，打扫员说昨天不是她上班，打去总台找什么领班处理，二十分钟了也不见有人来处理，最后因为赶路，家人留下十元当给乞丐。
